Shopify Bill Pay
Small businesses can now manage and pay their business bills with Shopify Bill Pay. It was a great experience to build and design, too.
Collaborating with external business partners is a rewarding challenge. To do so, working across teams, distances, time zones, and language barriers is a must — and all for creating seamless experiences for users and meeting the bottom line of partners. Company products can often times be substantially different in design practices, systems-thinking, audience, user experience, and style. This was my challenge when integrating Melio's payment solution as a main core offering of Shopify. The entire flow was rebuilt, rewritten, and designed with the Shopify user and journey in mind. And eventually, this redesign became Melio's redesign, too. Proud moment.
